World class cocktail for Coldplay
Bartender Paxti Paniagua, manager of Zero kilometers, from Barcelona, a restaurant who promotes the concept of intimacy, honors the Coldpay quartet with this cocktail.
- 35 ml Monseny berry and flower sherbet
- 50 ml Tanqueray Nº Ten also British gin
- 40 ml of orange juice
- After the ingredients are mixed and shaken, the double cocktail is served, strained on a glasssilver and foam is added with a siphon vermouth of tea match and yuzu.
- It is then decorated with wildflowers from Monseni Park and orange peel.
