Bruno Oteiza explains how to make a loaf of wholemeal bread with almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts and dried blueberries.
- 250 g wholemeal flour
- 130 ml of water
- 3 g. Fresh bread yeast
- 75 g Whole almonds
- 75 g Walnuts
- 50 g. Macadamia nuts
- 50 g of dried blueberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation of the recipe for wholemeal bread with dried fruits:
For the bread, dilute the yeast in a little warm water. Add the flour, sugar, pinch of salt and rain olive oil. Mix well with your hands, make a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it with a towel and leave fermentation for at least 2 hours.
Spread the dough on the table. It includes macadamia nuts, walnuts, almonds and blueberries. Knead again and shape it tape. Let people for at least 2 hours.
Bake at 225 ° C for about 18-20 minutes, until golden brown. Allow it to cool.
Cut the bread into slices and serve with orange and pumpkin jam.
When the bread is baked, place a small bowl or tray of water in the bottom of the oven. In this way the crust will be more crispy thanks to the steam.
