Instructions

  1. After preparing the dough, as indicated in the link in the note below, we get the filling.

  2. Melt the white chocolate together with the cream in a saucepan over low heat. We let ourselves be held.

  3. While dividing the egg whites and yolks into different bowls.

  4. Beat the three yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish and frothy dough.

  5. We mount the white with the help of some rods and add it to the above.

  6. Add the chocolate and cream mixture little by little.

  7. We put the dough in a removable form, which we will pre-grease.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 170º.

  9. We take it out and let it harden.

  10. Wash and cut the strawberries into slices.

  11. Spread on the cake.

  12. Paint the surface with strawberry jam.

  13. Once it’s cold, we disassemble and enjoy White chocolate cake when we wish.
