Ingredients (4 people):

Warm up a bit oil in a pressure cooker. Cut it onions dice and add it. Peel carrots, cut it into small cubes and add it. Clean up through, cut it into small pieces and turn it on. Stew the vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
Squeeze beans and add them to the pan. Cover everything with plenty of water, mix well, season, close the pot and cook the beans for 4-5 minutes from the moment the valve rises.
Wash Peppers, spread them on a baking tray, pour a drizzle of oil and bake (preheated oven) at 200 ° for 25-30 minutes. Remove them stems and seeds and peel them carefully. Cut one dice and turn it on to the pot. Also add peppers. Stir gently.
Heat a frying pan by spraying oil. Peel garlic cloves, laminate and add them. Fry them a little and add the peppers, cut into strips, season and cook briefly (1-2 minutes). Distribute beans in 4 piles and accompany them with green peppers. Garnish the plates with a little parsley leaves.
