Today I want to show you how to make nice fried squid with homemade dough, which makes them very crunchy and delicious.
The dough recipe is similar to the one made by my mother. Years ago, we ate a lot of Sundays as a family, and my mother always made squid. I remember that my children loved them and no wonder. They were great. I also want to pay tribute to her with this recipe, because I learned a lot about the kitchen that I now know from her and my grandmother.
When can you put these fried squid? You will really get more out of them at family meals and dinners with a lot of people. You will enjoy frying for a while, but everyone will thank you very much, and besides, fried is very sieve, so you can save some money on the main course. 1 – Start preparing the crispy dough
We begin by placing the water in a large bowl that allows us to stir without the danger of placing everything in Christ. Then add tablespoons of flour while integrating the previous ones. The 250 g reflected in the ingredients are indicative, as we need a creamy texture and this may mean adding more or less flour. We also need to add pinches of salt while adding the flour.

4 – How to make fried squid
The fire should not be at too high a temperature, but not low. We want the dough to be crispy but not burnt, so the intensity of the fire should be moderate.
5 – Eliminate excess fat from fried squid
Once the squid is done, we will take them out on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
