Carlos Arginiano prepares a typical recipe of Venezuelan and Colombian cuisine: Venezuelan arepas stuffed with chicken, a dish made from homemade dough, the main element of which is corn flour, you must try them!

- ½ chicken breasts
- 1 avocado
- ½ red onion
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Place flour and water in a bowl and salt and pepper. Mix by hand until you get homogeneous mass. Let it stand for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 servings, round and porridge (hamburger type) a little until there is 1 centimeter left thickness.
Dollar them on low heat in a frying pan with a few drops of oil at a time 4-5 minutes for each country. Transfer them to a cookie sheet and bake them at 180 ° C for another 20 minutes.
Place water to heat in a casserole and season. Add chicken breasts and cook it for 12-15 minutes. Remove breasts, rub it and book it.
Open it avocado, remove the pulp, place it in bowl and mash it with a fork. Peel and slice onion and garlic finely (in cubes) and add to the bowl. Includes mayonnaise and frayed breasts. Season and mix well.
C saw blade open arepi on one side (without opening them completely) and fill them with the mixture. Serve 2 on each plate. Garnish the plates with a little parsley leaves.
Arepes can be eaten alone or stuffed. It is a very typical arepa filling meat, which is usually prepared with meat cooked with vegetables and then stewed with onion and tomato sauce.
