Recipe for a cake with yogurt with the aroma of natural yogurt, egg, flour, sugar and lemon.

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 measures sugar yogurt
  • 3 measures plain yogurt
  • butter and flour (to spread the form)
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 measure yogurt from olive oil
  • Sol
  • peel of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  • mint leaves (for decoration)

Preparation of the traditional recipe for yogurt cake:

Mix the flour with the sugar, yeast, a pinch of salt, grated in a bowl lemon and orange, and yogurt. Crack the eggs, add the butter and mix with the stick until you get a homogeneous dough.

Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with flour and add the cake batter. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees (with preheated oven) and reduce to 170 degrees for another 20 minutes.

To peel off, first run a knife or lace around the edges of the pan.

Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaf.
