An easy and fun way to do it is in the form of juice and it is presented in glasses.

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and after the stem is removed, cut into quarters.

  2. We clean the peppers and with a sharp knife cut off the top and the base.

  3. We open the peppers and remove the seeds and nerves (white part). Cut into strips.

  4. Place the tomatoes and peppers (reserving a few red strips) in the glass of a thermomix or in a bowl.

  5. Beat well and season to taste.

  6. Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

  7. Pour the tomato juice and black pepper into the glass cups and garnish with the red pepper strips and some alfalfa sprouts.
