Chef Carlos Arguiñano prepares a healthy and easy-to-prepare recipe: Tomato Cream. One of the most classic dishes in our kitchen and which everyone will like. Suitable for any time of the year, as it can be eaten hot or cold, exquisite!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 750 g tomato (peeled and seedless)
- 1 spring onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 250 g spinach
- flour and egg (for coat)
- 1 tablet with chicken flavor
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparing the recipe for tomato cream:
Heat a casserole by spraying oil. Peel garlic cloves, laminate and add them to the casserole. Cut it fresh onion dice and add it. Stew the vegetables for 3-5 minutes and add tomatoes (peeled, seedless and sliced). Stew everything briefly, add a liter of water and flavor pill. Cook ingredients for 25-30 minutes.
Mix the ingredients until you get homogeneous cream.
Place water to heat in a casserole and forge it. Wash spinach And when the water starts to boil add them. Cook them for a few minutes. Remove, drain, cut them well and form balls. Spend them flour and beaten egg and fry them briefly in frying pan with butter. Drain them in a plate covered with absorbent paper cooking.
Distribute tomato cream and spinach balls on 4 plates. Sprinkle them with a few drops of oil and decorate them with a little parsley leaves.
