Tiramisu is a very typical Italian dessert for him fluffy sponge cake soaked in coffee and its sweet egg cream this gives it a special taste.

We offer very original with even more irresistible touch thanks to Dulcesol’s delicious and fluffy milk bread. Some muffins that will absorb the taste of coffee, giving it a unique and perfect result. You will not be able to resist trying!

It is very easy to prepare and also very fast! You have no excuse to prepare a perfect dessert in no time. We show you how to do it step by step so that it fits you very creamy tiramisu. Let’s do this!

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 120 ml of coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml of sugar
  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 loaves of dulcezole
  • pure cocoa powder (for decoration)
  • dark chocolate (for decoration)

Preparing the tiramisu recipe in glasses:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and book both separately.

In a bowl, add the egg yolks and sugar. Beat both ingredients with a few sticks until they acquire a lighter color to make sure they are well mixed. Add the mascarpone and stir again to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Beat the egg whites until firm with a mixer. Add the egg whites to the bowl with the yolks and mix with a spatula using soft and wrapping movements. In this way we avoid, as much as possible, whites losing air and maintaining their texture.

To make tiramisu in glasses, cut the bread into slices with Dulsesol milk with a thickness of about 1 centimeter. Start by placing a base for milk bread (we use 2 slices for the width of our cup) and add 3 or 4 tablespoons of coffee on top to assimilate it.

Following, add a layer of egg custard using a pastry bag, this way it will be easier. Repeat the process with the layers that allow you to make the height of your cup. Tiramisu usually has three layers of cake or biscuit, but since in our case the glasses are not very high, we will only make 2 layers.
