Carlos Arguiñano prepares a typical recipe from Japanese cuisine: Teriyaki chicken, an easy and quick dish that is sure to delight all diners. We present it!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 chicken breast (2 halves)
- 2 red peppers
- 1 broccoli
- 2 scales with stem
- 100 g arugula, lamb salad and watercress leaves (pure)
- 150 ml teriyaki sauce
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe for Teriyaki chicken by Carlos Arguiñano:
Cut chicken breasts of large cubes, salt and pepper and put them in Bowl. Cover with 100 ml teriyaki sauce and leave them marinate for 15 minutes.
Peel Peppers, cut them into large cubes and set them aside. Wash broccoli, drop it into bouquets and set them aside. Cut wild onion stalks and book them. Cut wild onion of large dice and set them aside.
Heat the wok (or pan with a trickle of oil), add chicken and stew for 2-3 minutes. Includes peppers, broccoli beans and teriyaki sauce. Mix well and cook everything over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Add the onion and pour a little more teriyaki sauce and cooking together another 6-8 minutes.
Get dressed green leaves with oil and a pinch of salt. Distribute chicken with vegetables on 4 plates, sprinkle with sesame and sprinkle with chopped onion (raw). Accompany the dishes with salad.
The recommended times are the ones I used, but it will all depend on when you like the vegetables.
