- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber

- 1 bunch fresh parsley

- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Peel and slice the cucumber dice. Cut the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes, then finely chop the parsley, coriander and mint.
