Sweet and sour chicken recipe with beer
Today in Family Kitchen with Javier Romero I present you a delicious home-made sweet and sour chicken stew with beer. A dish that, due to its price and simplicity, fits perfectly into your daily recipe book. Beer chicken is a traditional recipe because beer gives the meat a very good taste. In addition to the beer, I added a little vinegar and a little brown sugar. This will give it a bitter touch, which I mention in the title of the recipe. I said that if you put it in one of the daily dishes during the week, you will be right and do not worry about the alcohol in the beer, because during the cooking of the stew everything evaporates. However, if you are still afraid, you can always put a beer without alcohol.
And to give you other options for chicken recipes, I’ll leave you here some of the ones I posted in Family Kitchen that you can see by clicking on the title in blue.

Ingredients for 6 people
We start by slicing the chicken (in case they haven’t done it in the butcher’s shop). Then season it, pass it through flour and fry it in a pan with a lot of oil.
While the chicken is cooking, we will put a casserole on the fire with peeled garlic and cut into large pieces. While the chicken is cooking, we will put it in the pot with the garlic.
When the garlic turns golden brown, pour in the beer and vinegar and add the bay leaves, cloves, brown sugar and freshly ground black pepper.
Now we will cook the chicken over medium heat for about 45 minutes. In case the chicken is not ready and you see that a little broth is flowing, we will add some more beer.
When we leave the stew at its point, we will remove the casserole from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes with the casserole covered.
And that’s it, friends, we finished our sweet and sour chicken stew with beer sauce. I hope that you will prepare it very soon at home and upload the final photo on Instagram, in which you will mention my profile 55000 Recipes and thus I will see that you have made the recipe and I will be very happy. Nothing more for today, more tomorrow and better here at Family Kitchen.
Now is your time.
