  1. Heat half a glass of water in the microwave.

  2. Remove and place the dehydrated tomatoes in it for a few minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, wash and dry Pak Choi. Cut in half and place on the oven tray.

  4. Place the chicken breast fillets on top, season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Drain the tomatoes and place them on the breast.

  6. Pour a thread of oil and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180º. It is not necessary to preheat the oven, although if we do, the baking time will be much less.

  7. While everything is ready, we prepare the dressing to accompany the breasts.

  8. Put the mayonnaise, mustard and a tablespoon of honey in a bowl. Grate the apple on the sauces. Mix with the mixer for a few seconds. Add lime juice and stir with a fork.

  9. When the breasts are ready, take them out, distribute them on a plate, season with sauce and taste.
