Strawberry sorbet, tasty and 100% natural


If you want to enjoy a healthy and refreshing dessert, nothing better than this strawberry sorbet.

Strawberry sorbet

Last summer, a new appliance entered our kitchen. This was a refrigerator from the FrigoluX brand (180 euros), which made us enjoy many days of refreshing ice cream and sorbet.

Today we put it back into action as we prepare this berry sorbet.

The result, as you can see (and too bad you can’t try it), is really tasty. Refreshing, tasty and 100% natural sorbet.

Sorbet (sometimes also called sorbet, sorbet) is a frozen dessert that differs from ice cream in that it does not contain fatty ingredients and does not include egg yolk. For this reason, its texture is less firm, more liquid and less creamy than ice cream.

Instructions

  1. Pour the water with the sugar and vanilla beans in a saucepan. Put it on the fire and without stirring let it cook on medium heat for 10 minutes and without stirring to get a syrup.

  2. Remove and allow to cool.

  3. While washing the strawberries, remove the stem (consisting of a sepals and a pedal) and crush with a mixer or Thermomix.

  4. Strain and mix with the cold syrup to which we will remove the vanilla pod.

  5. Pour into the glass of the ice cream machine and select 60 minutes.

  6. After a while we serve the strawberry sorbet in biscuit tulips, presentation cups or other support.
