Pasta and pizza
Chef Carlos Arginiano prepares a dish based on the traditional Italian recipe for spaghetti aglio, olio and mint: Spaghetti with garlic, a delicious pasta recipe that is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients (4 people):
- 400 g of spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 red hot pepper (or 1 cayenne)
- 6 dried tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe Spaghetti with garlic by Carlos Arginiano:
I put abundant water for heating in a casserole. When it starts to boil, season and add the pasta (If you are not going to consume it at the moment, drain it and put it in fountain and water it with a little oil). Cook it while the package indicates.
Peel garlic cloves and laminate them. Cut it hot red pepper chopped and dried tomatoes in julienne. Heat a good stream of oil in frying pan and fry everything on low heat. You have to be careful do not burn.
Includes spaghetti, sprinkle them with a little chopped parsley and mix well.
Serves pasta and decorate the dishes with a little parsley leaves.
According to the Italians, “the sauce is always waiting for the pasta” (so you have to prepare the sauce before cooking the pasta) and “the family (sitting at the table) is waiting for the dishes” (pasta with sauce).
