  • 8 chicken legs
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine (200 ml)

  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste

1.- Prepare the sauce. Put a pan on the fire with a nice trickle of olive oil or the oil you usually use for cooking. Add the chopped garlic when the oil is hot. Reduce the heat when they start to brown and add the tomatoes. Season with salt, ground pepper and spices to taste. Stir well and over low heat and covered, leave them to trust.

2.- Cook the chicken. Add a good drizzle of olive oil to a pan or saucepan and fry the legs. Add a little salt and ground black pepper. Add a head of garlic with shells. Cook it covered and move it from time to time until it becomes evenly golden on all sides. When the chicken turns golden brown, add the glass of white wine and the bay leaf. Remove the pan when the alcohol in the wine has evaporated and the chicken is golden brown.

3.- Remove the tomatoes from the heat.

4. – To serve, place the legs on a tray and add the sauce on top. Tomatoes can be served separately or on the same tray. You have already prepared it for eating.
