Quesadillas have to be my most loved go-to foodstuff for lunch. They’re just so uncomplicated to make! Particularly when you have tortillas and cheese in the fridge, which we just about often do.
Just one way to get a quesadilla from snack to a meal is to add some protein, like rooster, beef, or in this situation shrimp.
1st marinate raw shrimp in a tiny lime juice and chili pepper. Then sauté the shrimp and add it to your jack-cheese quesadilla together with crimson onion and cilantro. Provide with some sliced avocado, bitter product, perhaps another squeeze of lime juice, and you are set!
