- 2 bream fillets
- 8 shrimp
- 1 onion
- 1 spray of cognac
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- C / s olive oil

- Peel the shrimp and save the heads and shell
- Put a splash of oil in a casserole and add the shells and heads of the shrimp, crush them and add a splash of brandy, raise the heat until the alcohol evaporates and add a little water and cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Strain and reserve.
- In a pan with a little oil fry the onion, cut into brunoise, when it spreads, add the flour and stir, add the broth we have prepared before. When it boils a little, add a teaspoon of paprika and the groin of the bream, let it cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and let it boil last, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
