Sausages with mustard from Karlos Arguiñano

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 16 fresh sausages
  • 250 ml of beer
  • 125 ml of water
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tablespoon flour (soup)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon old mustard (soup)
  • Sol
  • parsley

Preparation of the recipe for mustard sausages:

Peel and slice fresh onion and shallots into cubes and put them to stew in a pan. Season and cook them on low heat until they become transparent.

Add the flour and stew it a little. Add the beer, water and half of mustard. Season the mixture and prepare it for 10 minutes on low heat until slightly reduced. Pieces sauce and add the remaining mustard. Keep the sauce hot.

Heat a little oil on the grill, add the sausages and redden them a little on all sides.

Serve sausages and accompany them with sauce. Decorate the plates with a few parsley leaves.
