Mushrooms and mushrooms
Carlos Arginiano prepares the recipe Roasted mushrooms, a delicious appetizer and accompaniment to the perfect first dish for consumption in the fall, do not miss them!
Mushrooms are there all year round, although their presence is more important in autumn and spring.
Ingredients (4 people):
- 24 thorn mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece hot pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe Roasted mushrooms by Carlos Arginiano:
Peel and slice garlic cloves and place them in mortar s a piece of hot red pepper. Add a little chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Good all good. Pour 5-6 tablespoons butter and mix well.
Apply a little oil on oven plate. Place mushrooms, season them and water them with garlic oil, hot pepper and parsley.
Bake them 220ºC during 8 minutes.
Serve and decorate the dishes with parsley leaves.

They have almost no calories, as long as we cook them with a little oil.
