Fish and mussels

Ingredients (4 people):

- 50g butter
- 1 lemon
- 100 g mixed lettuce leaves (pure)
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe for baked sea bream with lemon by Carlos Arginiano:
Peel onions, cut it into fine julienne and put it stew in a pan by spraying oil.
Remove below (the one with the hair) and Upper part (green) of through. Wash, cut them into pieces 4-5 cm and then into fine julienne. Add them to pan, season and saute on low heat for 8-10 minutes concerning.
Expands fry over one oven plate. With a sharp knife remove the heads from the bream and remove the groin. Salt and pepper and place on fry leaving the skin down.
I put on melt the butter in the same frying pan where you sauteed vegetables. Wash lemon, cut it in half and squeeze it on frying pan. Add a little chopped parsley and boil it briefly (2-3 minutes).
Serve on each plate 1 sea bream with a bed of vegetables and season them with lemon oil sauce. Dress the lettuce leaves with oil, vinegar and salt and place a portion on each plate.
If you want to get a little more sauce, you can add a little broth to the pan with butter and lemon juice and let it boil well for 5 minutes.
