After the first hour of grilling, remove the ribs from the oven and season. Then, using a brush, put a good sauce of honey and mustard and turn the pieces. Dip this part of the rib again with sauce, put the pan in the oven and continue to bake for another 60 minutes.
5 – Paint again and change the temperature
After this second hour, remove the pan from the oven and again spread the meat well with honey and mustard sauce. Raise the temperature to 180ºC, put the meat in the oven and bake it for another 30 minutes.
6 – We have the roast ready
