How to make a nice roast lamb

1 – Wash the lamb and place the potatoes on the pan

5 – Raise the temperature of the roast lamb with potatoes and grease it with butter
After 60 minutes we raise the oven temperature to 180ºC and have it for 15 minutes. After these 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and raise the temperature to 220ºC. While the temperature rises, smear the lamb skin with lard.
6 – Give the final roast to the roast lamb
Put the pan back in the oven and give the last blow to the lamb and potatoes. Here we need to control the point of darkening of the skin. I can’t give a specific time. The longer it is, the more toasted it will be. When we like it, we take the roast lamb out of the oven and bring it to the dining table.
