Roast beef churasko with vegetables
How to make roast beef churasko with vegetables. Today we have one of those recipes that people who like meat very much will like it so much that we will not be able to resist doing it. It may not look the best in the world, but this steak is so tender that it doesn’t matter what it looks like. This is a delight for the palate. It is also accompanied by some vegetables and potatoes to round off the perfect dish for celebrations.
Churasko, which is baked in the oven, is also a very healthy meat. It has very little fat and the accompaniment I said goes in that sense as well. If we do not overeat, this dish falls into what is known as healthy food. If we exceed a portion of 150-200 g, we would already be eating too much, but hey, given that this is a recipe created for special occasions due to the time required to prepare it, we can afford to eat a little more.
Ingredients for 8 people
1 – We start the barbecue
Turn on the oven at 220ºC with heating up and down. While it is heating, place the pieces of beef on a wide pan. When the oven is at a temperature, place the pan and bake the steak for 15 minutes at this temperature so that it seals and does not lose too much juice during the general baking. After 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 160ºC and leave it for another 75 minutes.
2 – After the first section, season the meat
When 75 minutes have passed, take the pan out of the oven to season the steak, turn it over and then season it again. Then put the pan back in the oven for another 60 minutes.
3 – We work with vegetables
While the churas are still baking, peel and peel all the vegetables and potatoes. Then stew them in a pan with olive oil covering the bottom. After about 3-4 minutes of stewing, add the potatoes and stew them together with the other vegetables.
4 – Add them to the roast
After it is stewed, when the 60 minutes of baking are over, take out the pan and pour a glass of white wine over the steak and discard all the vegetables. Then return to place the baking tray on the ribs at 180ºC for another 60 minutes.
5 – Bake until one side of the rib is reddened
After 30 of the 60 minutes, remove the pan to turn the churasco pieces over. We put the pan back to finish the baking time. When this second half hour has passed, we take the steak out of the oven and we can sit at the table to eat and enjoy good meat.
6 – Finish the roast and serve
