Rib glazed with apple molasses
Today we leave you a delicious recipe with a special glaze based on Pink Lady apple.
- 150 g Baby ribs
- 1 kg of apple
- Brown sugar
- Place the Pink Lady® apples (reserve one for garnish) with brown sugar and water in a pan until molasses forms.
- Grind and preserve the molasses.
- Glaze the ribs with molasses and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve the grid with ribs in a spring and garnish with apple, mint and onion, cut on top and brown with a flashlight.
