Rib glazed with apple molasses

Today we leave you a delicious recipe with a special glaze based on Pink Lady apple.


  • 150 g Baby ribs
  • 1 kg of apple
  • Brown sugar
  • Cilantro
  • Chive
  • Mint


  1. Place the Pink Lady® apples (reserve one for garnish) with brown sugar and water in a pan until molasses forms.
  2. Grind and preserve the molasses.
  3. Glaze the ribs with molasses and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve the grid with ribs in a spring and garnish with apple, mint and onion, cut on top and brown with a flashlight.
