Today in Family Kitchen with Javier Romero I present you not one, but 5 different recipes for making sponge cakes with fruit. There are few homemade desserts that are more pleasant than a nice sponge cake. They can be prepared from countless basic ingredients and almost all, if not all, are a real success. We started with a sponge cake from the last one I posted in Family Kitchen, which has dried apricots hydrated in Port wine. This is a very curious dessert and I recommend you see it CLICK HERE.
Then I present you a delicious and refreshing lemon sponge cake, which, logically, does not have pieces of lemon on top, but instead has lemon juice integrated into the mixture. The result is a smooth lemon flavor, perfectly integrated into the cake and you can see it CLICK HERE.
Now I offer you another of my newest cakes, maybe the newest. There is apple and condensed milk and I don’t see what can go wrong with these two ingredients. Softness and sweetness are what you will get if you make this delicious cake at home. You can see it CLICK HERE.
And taking advantage of the fact that we are in the cherry season, I want to show you this cake with pieces of cherry. The structure of the fruit baked in the cake is amazing and eating a piece of cake with a piece of fruit is a pleasure. You can check it by making the recipe, which I explain to you CLICK HERE.
To finish this batch of fruit sponge cake, I come up with one that has a lot of fruit in syrup, so the end result is a caramelized top with a lot of flavor. To enjoy this cake, you just have to PRESS HERE and get to work.
6 – Natural cake with yogurt, very easy and fluffy cake
If you want to make an easy and very sponge cake, don’t miss the one I recommend … the mold is 40 x 30 cm, but you can make it in any shape. You should always fill in more than 3/4 of the form. Don’t miss it …
