Delicious dish prepared by Carlos Arguiñano in his 55000 Recipes program and very suitable for Christmas: Lamb bricks with honey sauce, a tribute to good cooking!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 8 sheets of brick paste
- 300 g minced lamb
- 30 g of a little bread
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 ml tomato sauce
- 1 spring onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- extra virgin olive oil
- For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- juice of half a lemon
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe for lamb bricks with honey sauce:
Put it on crumbs of bread in a bowl, cover it with milk and let it absorb well.
Brush your teeth garlic, onions and carrots. Chop diced vegetables and put them on stew in a pan by spraying oil. Chop green pepper in the same way and add it. Cook vegetables for about 15 minutes on low heat. Squeeze out all the oil and put the vegetables in a bowl. Add drained crumbs of bread, meat and tomato sauce. Salt and pepper mixture everything is fine.
Spread the sheets on brick paste on a smooth surface, place 1 serving of meat on each and roll them on a curling iron. Set them to a oven plate covered with parchment paper. Smash egg in a pile and draw the bricks. Bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.
Place in a stir glass, lemon juice, honey, mustard, a pinch of salt and 100 ml of oil. Beat them with a electric mixer to emulsification.
Serve bricks and accompany them with sauce. Decorate the plates with a few parsley leaves.
It is important to eat freshly prepared lamb curls, because otherwise the meat will release water and moisten the brick pasta.
