Preparation of the recipe for yogurt and fruit sponge cake:
For him cake with yogurt, mix yogurt, eggs, sugar and lemon zest in a bowl. Melt the butter and add it to the yoghurt dough.
Add the flour and yeast little by little and make a dough. Add the dehydrated fruits. Grease a high rectangular shape and flour it. Place the dough in the form and bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes and at 175 ° C for another 30 minutes.
To prepare a shake, let the raspberries sweat a little in a pan with the sugar over low heat. In an American mixer mash the banana and raspberries with the milk.
Serve a portion of yogurt cake, accompanied by a glass of smoothie per person. You can garnish with a few mint leaves.
