Recipe for cannelloni stuffed with bonito or canned tuna with bechamel sauce and tomato sauce.
- Ingredients for 4 people:
- – 12 cannelloni
- 300 grams of bonito or canned tuna (butter)
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 liter of béchamel
- tomato sauce
Preparing the recipe for tuna:
Put finely chopped onion, pepper and garlic clove in oil and cook peeled and sliced tomatoes. Season And when it’s done add bonito or tuna in crushed butter.
Stew for a few minutes and add 3 or 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Remove from heat.
Prepare the pasta in plenty of water with a jet of oil and salt for 3 minutes and pass it through cold water.
Fill the cannelloni with tuna or bonito dough and place in a baking dish. Cover them with béchamel and garnish with a little tomato sauce on top. Gratin for 3-5 minutes.
Cover the bottom of the bowl with tomato sauce and carefully place the cannelloni on top. Serve.
