In the TV program Cocina Abierta by Karlos Arguiñano, the popular chef prepares the accompanying recipe Tuna and Potato Salad, light and healthy!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 oak lettuce
- 1 potato
- 150 g of bonito
- 1 green pepper
- black olives
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe Salad of bonito and potatoes:
Wash the lettuce, dry it, chop it and put it in a spring.
Put the potatoes to cook in a saucepan with water and a pinch of salt for 35 minutes. Peel the dice.
Chop the pepper into fine strips of julienne and add it.
Add the olives and season with oil, vinegar and salt.
