Ingredients (6 people):
- 200 g Spread cheese
- 100 g cream
- 12 cookies
- 50g butter
- 50g sugar

- juice of half a lemon

Preparing the recipe for cheesecake with strawberries:
Melt the butter in a pile. Cut the cookies and place them in the mortar. Crush them until they turn to dust. Add them to the bowl with the melted butter and mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 glass jars. Press them by hand (covered with kitchen foil) and place the containers in Refrigerator until they harden.
Wash the strawberries without removing the stems. Remove them. Reserve 2 whole strawberries and cut the rest into small pieces. Put them in a pan, add sugar and lemon juice. Cook them for 5 minutes and transfer them to a bowl.
Whip the cream in half and store it in the refrigerator.
Softens cheese during 20 seconds microwave and add to the bowl with towers. Mix well. Add the whipped cream and mix gently. Spread the mixture (on the cookie) in the glass jars.
Cut the pre-preserved strawberries into slices. Decorate containers with a few strawberry slices and a few mint leaves.
