Carlos Arguiñano’s recipe for spaghetti with shrimp and spinach.
- 300 grams of spaghetti
- 400 g spinach
- 200 grams of shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves
Cook the spaghetti in water, salt and oil.
In another pot spinach with water and salt for 8 minutes.
In a frying pan with oil, sauté the chopped garlic, hot pepper and shrimp.
Add chopped spinach, stew well and add the spaghetti, make a few turns and serve.
