Ingredients for mustard sauce recipe:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • extra virgin butter
  • vinegar with tarragon

Preparation of the recipe for mustard sauce:

Put the 3 egg yolks, a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil in a jar. Mix with an electric mixer and add the butter little by little until it becomes a whitish cream. Transfer to a bowl and add the mustard, splash vinegar, chopped capers and white whip until firm. Mix well and serve in a boat with sauce.
