In the TV program 55000 Recipes, chef Carlos Arguiñano prepares the accompanying recipe Salad with lettuce, cheese and walnuts, very nutritious!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 lettuce
- 250 g of fresh goat cheese
- 8 walnuts
- 1 tomato (grated)
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe Salad with lettuce, cheese and walnuts:
Wash the lettuce, dry, chop and distribute it between 4 plates.
Cut the cheese into small wedges and place them around the lettuce.
Peel the walnuts, chop them a little and sprinkle the dishes.
Cut the tomato in half, grate it and put it in a bowl. Season, pour a splash of vinegar and a good splash of olive oil. Mix well and dress the salads.
