Ingredients (6 people):

  • 300 g of lentils

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 liter of chicken broth

Preparation of the recipe Lentils with chicken and mushrooms:

Chop chives in small cubes and put it to saute in casserole by spraying oil.

Remove the bottom and top of leeks and cut them four lengthwise and then thinly sliced. Add it to casserole. Peel carrots, cut it into small cubes and add it. Peel potatoes,, cut it into dice (slightly larger) and add them. Season and stew everything briefly.

Cut the tomato in half and grate it. Add it to the casserole, mix everything gently and add the lentils. Pour chicken soup and ½ liter of water. Cook lentils over medium-low heat for about 40 minutes concerning.

Remove bottom of mushrooms (the one with the dirt), rinse them in a bowl of water, dry and laminate. Heat a frying pan with oil spray, add the mushrooms, season and stew briefly. Add them to the lentil casserole.

Bone the chicken, cut it into cubes and season them. Pour a little oil in pan where you stewed the mushrooms and put it to heat. Add the chicken, stew it for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle it with a little chopped parsley and add it to the casserole.

Serve and garnish the dishes with parsley leaves.

Tip:

If you decide to cook the lentils in a pressure cooker, I would recommend not using potatoes, as they tend to stick to the bottom of the pot.
