Ingredients (4 people):
- 2 shoulder lamb
- 3 potatoes
- 500 g of Galician onion
- 8 cloves garlic
- 40 ml of brandy
- 200 ml of water
- extra virgin olive oil
- refined corn porridge

Forge shoulders and seal them in a pan by spraying oil. Book them.
