- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 250 ml extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe for homemade garlic mayonnaise:
Peel half a clove of garlic, cut it and put it in the blender cup.
Add the egg, a pinch of salt and a few drops of vinegar. Add extra virgin olive oil.
Mix with the electric mixer without moving it from the bottom of the base of the cup. When it starts to emulsify, continue beating with light movements up and down until you get mayonnaise.
You can lighten the mayonnaise with garlic by adding a little water.
