Karlos Arguiñano prepares a sauce based on olive oil, garlic and parsley, ideal for flavoring any dish.


  • 125 ml of olive oil
  • 25 g. Parsley leaves
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation of garlic and parsley oil:

Peel a clove of garlic, cut it into slices and put it in the blender cup.

Add the cleaned parsley leaves and olive oil.

Mix everything with a mixer and, if desired, strain the mixture.


You can use this oil to give a special taste to meat, fish or vegetable dishes.
