Preparation of the recipe for frying mushrooms and teriyaki vegetables:

Dice the bell, green pepper and onion. Wash the green part of the onion well and cut like the other vegetables.

Saute all the vegetables live fire in a large saucepan with a trickle of oil.

When the vegetables start to color add the chopped mushrooms and cook over high heat, adding a little more oil.
