While in Rioja cod the cod is fried in flour and then stewed in tomato sauce and peppers, here we prepare the cod on the grill and make the sauce separately and then put them together. The ingredients are the same, but the way you follow the recipe is slightly different. Today’s recipe is healthier, so you can even eat it as part of a weight loss diet, always eating a moderate amount, of course.

I recommend doing it by hand if you baked them at home. If they are canned, you can cut them with a knife. Add them to the pan with a little salt and stir. Then cook very slowly with a covered pan for about 10 minutes.
