We show you how to make a chocolate sauce based on covered chocolate, butter and a hint of cinnamon.
- 200 g covered chocolate
- 75 ml of water
- 50 g butter
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation of chocolate sauce:
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan or microwave on low power. Do it little by little so that the chocolate does not exceed 50ºC. Above this temperature, chocolate loses its properties.
Melt the butter with the water and the cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, remove the cinnamon stick and pour the rest into the chocolate bowl. Mix well.
