Recipe for children's stew

Carlos Arguiñano prepares the regional recipe of Extremadura Caldereta de cabrito in his TV show Cocina Abierta ¡spectacular!

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 1 k child (cut)
  • 1 child liver
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 bell
  • 400 ml of white wine
  • 400 ml of meat broth
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 slice of bread
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of the recipe Caldereta de cabrito:
