Recipe for cherry sauce. We teach you how to prepare a rich cherry sauce, ideal for meat, very easy to prepare and it will take almost no time.

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 500 g of cherries
  • 100 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation of cherry sauce for meat

The first thing you need to do is wash the cherries and, after drying, remove the stem and stone. To peel the cherry, we can use kitchen utensils specifically designed for this purpose, or help ourselves with a nozzle from the pastry bag, inserting the finest part of the nozzle to push the bone.

Put the pot on the fire with vinegar, sugar and cherries. Bring to a boil.

When it starts to boil, reduce the intensity to a simmer and let it cook for about 15 minutes, until you see that the sauce has a thick consistency. Our cherry sauce for meat is ready!

We can use this sauce to accompany chicken breasts, but also pork or duck.
