Carlos Arginiano makes a dish of black beans prepared in a fast food pot, accompanied by tempura and leek shampoo.
Ingredients (4 people):
- 300 g Black beans
- 1 carrot
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 12 shallots

- 75 g Flour
- 100 ml of cold water

Preparation of the recipe for black beans with leeks in tempura:

Serve the beans and accompany them with shallots and leeks in tempura.
