- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 50 ml. milk
- 50 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 65 g butter
- 1/2 bag of yeast
- 2 eggs
- apricot jam
- A few drops of lemon juice
- a little mint leaves
Preparing the recipe for a cake with pears and apples:
Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar. Beat with a wire mixer. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat until well combined and pour the milk.
Peel a pear and cut it into very small cubes. Add it to the dough, also sifted flour and yeast.
Pour the dough into the form (greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, if necessary) and cover with the apple, peeled and cut into thin slices. Place in the oven at 175 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
Heat the jam with a few drops of lemon juice so you can spread the sponge cake comfortably after it has hardened and taken out of the mold. Serve and garnish with some mint leaves.
