Ingredients (6 people):

- 1 head of garlic
- 100 g lard
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Preparation of a recipe for a baked child in Segovo style:
Preheat oven at 165 ° C. Forge kid, spread it on all sides with lard and put it in oven plate. Crush the garlic cloves (with skin) by hand and add them. Also add rosemary clones. Pour 2 cups of water and place the pan in the oven for 30 minutes. After that time, turn it over bake for another 30 minutes.
Separate parsley leaves. Collect a good amount and form a ball. Cut it into small pieces and set it aside.
