Eva Arginiano prepares a delicious recipe for bread, accompanied by avocado butter, a very easy to prepare vegetable pate.

Ingredients (8 servings):

  • 500 g strong bread flour (type 55)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered milk
  • 25 g sugar
  • 15 g dehydrated yeast (dry bread yeast)
  • 15 g of salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 300 ml. of water
  • Butter and flour for the form

For avocado oil:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparing the recipe for avocado bread and butter:

To make the bread, mix the flour, milk powder, yeast, a pinch of salt and sugar. Add the water little by little kneading with your hands. Transfer the dough to a flat surface and continue to knead until the dough sticks to your hands. Brush a rectangular form with butter and flour and place the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment the dough for an hour.

Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes and allow to soften.

For avocado oil, peel and remove the stone from the avocado. Put the meat in a blender glass with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, garlic and onion powder. Mix with a mixer.

Serve a few slices of bread with avocado butter.
