Carlos Arginiano prepares the delicious recipe Rabo in sauce with potatoes and peppers on the TV program 55000 Recipes, just spectacular!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 veal tail (cut)
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 5 cloves garlic
- 200 ml of sherry wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clone of rosemary
Preparation of the recipe Rabo in sauce with potatoes and peppers:
Add salt and pepper to the tail and pass it through flour. Warm up a bit oil in a pan, add the tail and brown it well.
Peel and slice onions of dice. Put them on stew in a pressure cooker by spraying oil. Peel carrots, cut them into quarters on the moon and add them. Stew the vegetables until start browning.
Pour came to the pot and boil it. Enter the tail and pour 300 ml of water. Add rosemary branch and 15 grains of black pepper. Add salt, close the pan and cook the tail for 25-35 minutes from the moment the valve rises.
Wait for the valve to come down, open the pot and spend the queue in a lunch box. Pass the sauce through it porridge and pour the sauce on the tail.
Peel potatoes and cut into large cubes. Fry them in a pan with oil. Peel red pepper and cut into squares of 3 cm. Wash green pepper and cut it the same way. Add the peppers and garlic cloves to the skin. Season and fry everything on low heat.
Serves tail, sauce and accompany it with potatoes and peppers. Season with salt and garnish with a little parsley leaves.
Today we chose to add Jerez, but you can use any other type of wine or even cider or beer.
