Recipe for a bull in a sauce with potatoes and peppers

Carlos Arguiñano prepares the delicious recipe Rabo in sauce with potatoes and peppers on the TV program 55000 Recipes, just spectacular!

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 1 veal tail (cut)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml of sherry wine

Preparation of the recipe Rabo in sauce with potatoes and peppers:

Add salt and pepper to the tail and pass it through flour. Warm up a bit oil in a pan, add the tail and brown it well.

Serves tail, sauce and accompany it with potatoes and peppers. Season with salt and garnish with a little parsley leaves.


Today we chose to add Jerez, but you can use any other type of wine or even cider or beer.
