  1. The first thing we will do is prepare the sauce. For this purpose we will put in a bowl the broth for stew, mayonnaise, six tablespoons of olive oil and three tablespoons of vinegar. Season to taste.

  2. Mix well with a fork or a few sticks and store in the refrigerator.

  3. While distributing the lettuce leaves in four plates. Divide the quail on top, cut into pieces.
